We started with a very overgrown laurel hedge and flower bed and Hilary arranged the whole process to a great delight. She listened to my wishes and advised and planned in consultation with me. She has been following up through all the year and replaced unsuccessful plants.
It was worth the money I spent on it and I will use her again.

I wanted to screen a blank. Hilary advised on a solution, designed a planting scheme, sourced the plants and large planters, arranged quotes from contractors for the necessary groundwork etc., attended site meetings, set out the plants and the planters and planted up.

Hilary designed and project-managed a replacement patio and re-configuration of the whole garden to accommodate a gazebo, a garden swing and associated borders and plantings. She listened carefully to our needs and wishes and always paid careful attention to detail. She liaised closely with the contractors and supervised throughout. We are delighted with the result.

The pond has transformed our garden. It was well designed and all our ideas and requests were fully taken into account. Hilary organised the contractor who was excellent. Hilary's rates were very good value for money. The whole experience was made very easy from start to finish. We would very much recommend Hilary May.

Hilary came over initially just to have 'a chat' about our needs. She came up with numerous ideas which between us, we whittled down to a choice of two. We have a large raised border that needed dividing to make it manageable. We wanted some 'all year' interest and the finished border gives us all of that. Hilary is very knowledgeable about the right kind of plants to have, always bearing in mind the original brief of 'easy to look after'and using some of our existing plants to cut costs. Hilary met up with the landscaper and liased with him regarding her plans. He commented on how easy her plan was to read and how helpful she was with site visits whilst he was building the paths. She provided a design which suits our purpose perfectly plus a Planting Plan that once established,will be an asset to our home.
