Ian Morrison of Highland Home Extensions has been instrumental in carrying out repairs & improvement works to my mother’s house which I inherited a year ago.
The house had been neglected since my father passed away about 16 years ago. Consequently, there was a lot of work to be done to make the property weatherproof. I believe the property was at a tipping point which, if left for much longer, would have resulted in significant and costly repair and remedial work if it was to be made good again. In addition, I was anxious to make improvements to the house with a view to letting the property.
I met Ian through Chekatrade and, I’m delighted say, that for the last year or so, we have had an excellent working relationship during which Ian has carried out extensive remedial & repair work at very reasonable rates and at a time and pace that suits both our schedules. He is now the process of completing improvement works and already the house is looking transformed.
