5Naz and his crew, Lewis and Ryan, have done an outstanding job for us! We had a HIVE issue that has been experienced ever since HIVE was installed by BG...(which they confirmed all working fine). Issue was Central heating was coming on when only Hot water was requested.
They offered to Diagnose the complete system first before any major work was required, it was the more sensible and cheaper option.
Firstly, timing was spot on, very punctual. Upon entering the premise, shoes were taken off and no mess left once the job was finished 10/10!
Customer service was top notch, Good Communications, I was kept up to date what was happening from start to finish.
The prices were very reasonable and not expensive at all! I cannot thank you guys enough for the services! Highly recommended and 100% vouch by us!
