My wife and I bought a swift caravan from high bridge in Somerset. We saw this van at newton abbot. Since we received the van we have had nothing but problems with it. The after sales team at Somerset failed to do a full PDI as we found most of the hatch doors are not tight and need adjustment. The porta-potty handle fell apart and now the tracker keeps going off. Although we have contacted highbridge caravan at Somerset they have failed to correct this fault. I have called them twice to date.

I have been dealing with this Company for years. I travel from West Wales to purchase vans and accessories. Every year I take my van to have services carried out. The service manager (Christine) has helped me in every way she could. The site that they had owned in Ashbuton was under a compulsory purchase and that is the reason they sold a very good business. I give these a massive 5 stars.

This company is in a prime location but offers very little in the way of customer service, we have a Bailey Unicorn Valencia and had electrical problems while we were on holiday in Devon, the site we were staying on looked up the service centre and Outdoor Experience were fairly local to us. We needed a few supplies so visited the business and while my wife looked around the shop I visited the service centre to ask for help and if need be get the caravan to them to take a look at.
The lady in service was probably one of the rudest and unhelpful people I have ever encountered, and I left disgusted got my wife and went to Martins of Exeter, who were the complete opposite, really helpful and even offered to take a look when we were on our way back, which we took advantage of and they discovered the issue in minutes and corrected it for us within 15 minutes, how much, NO CHARGE! Beats the obnoxious lady at Outdoor Experience hands down, don't waste your time at OE Go to Martins first!
