The product (a new garage roof) looks good but the workmanship and finish left a lot to be desired! The roof was brushed off with a dirty brush thereby leaving the roof streaky brown, the driveway had to be swept by me the next morning! The guttering as left uncleaned with the old chippings still in them.
The garage roof inside had three inches of screw protruding through it making any storage area dangerous (BAD ENGINEERING PRACTICE) and the outside light had been knocked out of line by their ladder!
Their inspector was quite promt (after my telephone call to management) and cleaned the gutter,straightened the security light and broke off the protruding screw heads that were accessible (the rest remain). He apologised for the workmanship and bad engineering practice saying that he would inform the management team! I have not (to this date) received any communications from any of this "management team"?
For the price this firm charge customers should be able to expect far better customer services and workmanship. I would not recommend this firm to others although the product appearance is very good.

I have recently had a new back extension flat roof fitted by High-Tech Membrane Roofing Limited and am delighted with the results. The fitters were polite and completed the roof in the time stated to a high standard. I would definately use this company again.
