We have used High Street carpets many, many times over the years, most recently this month. Another fantastic, high quality job. From the moment you walk into the shop and meet Nicki, the quality, knowledge and level of service is outstanding. She is friendly and welcoming. Anthony and the fitting team are also brilliant, respecting our home and offering their expert knowledge of how to best fit your room. Would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend High Street Carpets enough!! After searching high and low for good quality carpets that didn't cost the earth, we stumbled upon Anthony and Nikki and haven't looked back since. The selection inside the shop is wide and varied and it is stocked with high quality carpets. There was just so much to choose from in terms of softness, thickness and colour. Anthony and Nikki know exactly what they are talking about; their expertise in carpets is obvious and they give you humble advice on the practicality of your choices. There is no sales pitch or upselling with High Street Carpets; just honesty and candour. They talk to you as if they were carpeting their own home. No gimmicks. No strategy. They are highly ethical and moral business people and know how to treat customers with patience, freedom and respect. When fitting, they were bang on time, efficient and extremely professional. 10/10, 5 stars, top-notch service, not one bad word to say. Thank you Anthony and Nikki!
