A slightly stressful and urgent blocked drain situation quickly resolved.
But so much more than that; it was clear that John understood how urgent my issue was and his calm and reassuring manner gave me confidence right from the outset. He was able to arrange to come asap. This is the kind of personal kindness that you just don't get from big anonymous companies.

We had drains blocked on both sides of the house meaning our toilets were out of use. John arrived within a couple of hours, and managed to clear everything in less than half an hour. Quick and friendly service and most importantly, a local business, so there's no going through a service centre down south who have no clue where you are!

Thank you to the team at Hi-Serv, hopefully we won't need to use you again, but you're first on the contact list if things go wrong again!

Top tip from John, if you subscribe to a certain toilet roll paper that uses bamboo, it's horrible stuff for the pipes and is a frequent cause of blockages. My subscription has been cancelled and I'll be using a different product from now on.

We had really badly blocked drain pipe and we were told by another “professional” in the field that fixing it would cost us fortune! We contacted John at 11pm, he responded to our message 6am next morning and was here by 9am the same day!! He gave us upfront pricing and explained the repair options in his message and booked us in straight away. He was punctual and very professional in his work! He unblocked the pipe but the blockage came back in few hours, we let John know and he came back in an hour and sorted it out for good!! John genuinely wanted to help us and we can’t thank him enough! He charged us as he said, used professional equipment, did what he said he would do, gave us advice for the future and lifted massive stress off our shoulders. We can’t recommend enough! Thanks so much John!

We can’t rate this company highly enough. John responded really quickly to our message, arrived the following day and solved a problem with our drainage that no one else could solve.

He appears to have an unparalleled knowledge of the mysterious subterranean world of drainage! As well as unblocking the system he located a septic tank that we had been told by several other contractors was located elsewhere. He then advised us what to do moving forward.

What a breath of fresh air to find someone who is so professional, efficient, helpful and kind.
