Just over 2 years ago I bought a foot pump from Heyner on Ebay and it gave good service until recently when the foot pedal rivet became detached making the pump difficult to use. I contacted Paul in Heyner's customer service department and even though it was 2 months out of its 2 year warranty they replaced it FOC and delivered it to me very quickly. This company has great customer service and I like their products which, being German, are very good quality. I recommend them and would definitely buy from them again.
