Established in 1968, Heygates Books has been providing quality pre-loved books for over 50 years. They have an impressively large collection of preloved and new books, as well as modern first editions, antiquarian books, collectable books, vintage comics, annuals, large print, book related gifts and westerns.

Located in Bognor Regis Railway Station, the shop benefits from high ceilings, plenty of light and an overall feeling of space and air, not to mention a coffee machine that allows you to 'brew and browse'.

Having been established for more than half a century, they also have a large stock of out of print books, rare books, reference books, as well as an abundance to children's books, study books and travel guides.

What a great book shop

Jason who runs the store is very knowledgeable on the books and will happily make recommendations. You can often find books that you can't seem to source elsewhere. Beware it's not possible to go in to browse...you will definitely come out with a book or two. We'll be back soon. Happy reading.
