Superb customer service received from this company, yet I didn't even buy anything!

I rang to enquire if a particular product was in stock, which unfortunately was not. However, ABSOLUTE GENT!!! as I was given another company to go to locally, possibly his competitor. His knowledge of what's available in the neighbourhood is outstanding. I will definitely come back next time I need your stock. Many thanks, I got what I needed today.
