Well what a great guy the help and support and advice is 100%. We have moved to the area and are so lucky to have work done by Kye [Hess Heating Ltd ] His work is outstanding, neat, tidy from start to finish. He explained everything to us about our new hob . His work is clean and tidy and works in a very safe way. Kye is so professional friendly ,our dog loves him. I would recommend Kye to carry out your work if you want some one you can trust feel safe around in your home he is the man . Many thanks Kye for your support, and making our new home work for us

HIGH PRAISE FOR HESS HEATING LTD!!

Came out immediately to cap off gas supply to enable new log burner fitment. It was urgent as I hadn't realised the fire people were not able to do that part. So there within the hour which obviously meant adjusting an already busy day. So on his lunch break Kye came out to us. Polite, on it immediately. Highly recommended. #!!

Kyle recently attended my property to repair an issue with my C/H boiler…
What an absolute professional …. As well as evidently being a very experienced tradesman, Kyle is a very pleasant, friendly and polite young man who clearly knows his stuff!
I will certainly contact Kyle , without hesitation, for any future heating or plumbing requirements in the future.

Kye was punctual , friendly and totally professional. He went above and beyond to give extra help to us with a technical problem. Thanks so much!
