Fantastic service! I would like to thank Ashley and his friendly hardworking team for putting up a new fence for me and fitting me in quickly. With young kids and a dog to keep safe, when the storm battered mine I was in a muddle.i already had heard heritage had a good reputation and was surprised that actually they were the most competitively priced,and managed to fit us in really quickly! the service was honestly brilliant.the team arrived exactly on the time they said they would, and left the area tidy, no mess left behind at all.

Stu and Zak did an incredible job in replacing our old fence panels recently. Both of them were very professional, polite and hard working in bitterly cold weather conditions. Ashley is quick to attend site and provide a quote and his staff are very good – polite, respectful and hard working. However, the management of the jobs was chaotic – delays notified the evening before by email, expectations that we could be available when he was free, emails and texts unanswered and the workers arriving without knowledge of the job to be completed. We made it clear from the outset that we wanted to pay by credit card, which was agreed, but the card reader never appeared.

We offered polite, constructive feedback about the unreliability, disorganisation and poor communication; emails and texts frequently unanswered. Rather than apologising and trying to restore trust, Ashley’s response was to cancel the remaining work that they had been contracted to carry out, suggesting we should get someone else to do the work.

Ashley and his team not only did they do a fantastic job but kept in touch every step of the way. The results were stunning and couldn't believe they turned a jungle into a lovely landscaped garden. We were not on site so Ashely sent pictures during the makeover and checked in with us -asking if we were happy with what they had done and his plans for the next stage:)

Another outstanding job completed for me by the Heritage team . They are a real pleasure to work with. Prompt, polite and so helpful when on site. This is the third job that Ashley and his team have done for me and I have never been disappointed in both the finished job nor the way that it was done.
