On the way home from work on the 28th of August I was tail gated by one of your drivers then he pulled in the other lane rolled down his window and told me I should learn to drive as a motorcycle I am very venerable

Positive respect for customers

The guy who takes the bookings over the phone is one of the most unfriendly miserable people I have come across, gives a very poor impression of the company. A little friendliness and courtesy doesn't cost anything and goes a long way. The drivers vary as well, some are of a similar culture whilst others are fantastic, friendly positive and professional, shame this doesn't run through the whole company.

Hugely grateful for this efficient and compassionate rescue!

Left by the AA for 3.5 hours, rescued in record time by these guys who cheerfully accommodated my husband, me, my 86 year old mum and 3 dogs. Other companies refused the dogs, or didn't get back to us. Thank goodness for a taxi service that is compassionate and efficient. Very grateful.

E mailed using website form, waited 2 days . No reply to my enquiry, waste of time having this form if customers are not replied to !!.
Very bad customer service, have had to cancel an appointment due to Rank's failure to reply after 48hrs .
Will think twice before using them again. They obviously do not want my custom !.

Excellent service

On a visit to Hereford this weekend, we used their services four times. Each driver was punctual, helpful and friendly and they coped admirably even when our train arrival time was delayed! We would thoroughly recommend
