Bought a Tesla from here, it had condensation in the tail light which was mentioned by us and we were told it was down to it being washed. After a week it was still there, and the car had a fault with a right hand camera. Rang the number on the warranty pack but got no answer, then we rang Hensons main number, as soon as I said Tesla I was told I had to book it in using the Tesla app, I did this and had the Tesla appointment, as soon as I got there the guy came out and said did I know he'd already done repair work on this car, I did not, he went on to explain he'd already replaced one camera and he pointed out the brake lights, fog lights and number plate lights at the back were not working and there was no way this car could of passed an MOT, I paid the repair bill and gave the invoice to Hensons, only to be told they had no record of me being told to take the car to Tesla, who are by the way the only ones who can work on it.

Collect my new car this morning from Henson motor group, fantastic place to buy a car from the show room is 5 star and all the staff are so friendly. when I arrive the car is ready for me to drive away fully valet and clean. I do recommend Henson car store for you next car.
