She has a wealth of knowledge working in the funeral industry and has gained over 12 years' experience in the Stockton Heath area of Warrington, helping individuals and families at such a difficult time in their lives.

The death of a loved one can be extremely difficult to process, and it's hard to know what to do next. It’s perfectly normal to be unsure of what to do when someone dies.

We can guide you through the key steps after a death offering:

• Help and support at such a difficult time

• We shall arrange for your loved one to be brought into our care

Helen and her team looked after our family and dad beautifully. Nothing was ever too much trouble and from our first appointment to the final service Helen was in touch regularly and available at any time to ask questions of.. She really is a dedicated lady .
I’d highly recommend Helen and all of the team and do not think you could get a better final care service anywhere .

From the initial phone call to the day of the funeral nothing was too much. The care, compassion and support received from Helen and her Team was second to none. The care they give to your passed loved one, the Chapel of Rest, the attention to details are all incredible and very reassuring. On the day of the funeral everyone is turned out immaculate, matching the colour scheme of the flowers and walking in front of the cars all the way out of the road. Helen goes above and beyond and anyone who has a loved one in their care for the short time before the funeral can be assured they are in the best hands.

Helen and her team was very professional in everything they did I want to say thankyou for the support. Everything was beautiful about grandads funeral everything we hoped for. They had great attention to detail the Horse and carriage was beautiful yet again thanks for all the support highly recommend
