Brilliant service

I called Height Laundry to discuss a laundry pick up. My laundry was picked up from my house after work hours and delivered the following afternoon with my clothes nicely folded and smelling fresh. I'm allergic to many detergents and the owner Bushra accommodated my needs perfectly with no trouble. I'd highly recommend using this service, also staff are very friendly and professional. Great...service

Jacket repair

I got a rip in a gore-tex jacket that I was concerned wouldn’t be able to be repaired. I took the jacket to height laundry services and they managed to get it fixed very quickly. The jacket is fully waterproof again and ready for winter

Fantastic all round

Called Height Laundry for a really short notice bridesmaid dress alteration. They were so good about it. Had me in within the hour, pinned and dress was ready early afternoon the next day. Such a friendly environment, made me feel really comfortable with their banter and fantastic customer service. Dress was perfect, they offered advice on the alterations I needed and I picked it up freshly ironed and in excellent condition.
I've already recommended them to one friend and I'll highly recommend them to others. Will definitely use this place again for any alterations! 10/10

Really impressed by this business. Both members of staff there were extremely helpful and friendly and they cleaned my wedding dress really well. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I must say I am overly impress with the laundry and staff, just a wash and dry, got home all washing folded so neatly only my mum would do that, never used before struggling to get washing done due to sickness, the staff are so friendly and nice, young girl with red hair always helpful and chatty, well recommended, I say just perfect, thank you chriso xxx

I used the services of this business recently- Firstly, to get a down duvet cleaned and also to have 2 jackets altered. The duvet was ready the same day . I noticed they did alterations, so brought my jackets and talked to the tailor. He obviously knew what he was talking about so I left both for alterations. Both jackets were altered well and fit me much better. Throughout, the customer service was friendly, professional and it was a pleasure to shop there. Keep up the good work! Thanks.
