After our beautiful baby boy Vinny unexpectedly passed away I contacted HP, he was picked up within 45 minutes. From then on the support we had from the staff was unbelievable they were so caring and understanding. Nothing was too much even chatting to me on the phone for almost an hour wen I started having a wobble. Cannot recommend the service enough and there are no amount of thank yous to show our gratitude
