Heatsource

Heatsource is an independent company run by James McLellan who has been in the heating industry for over 20 years.

After studying and qualifying as a plumbing and heating engineer in 1992, he furthered his education by studying commercial gas safety and legislation.

He was then offered the role of Business Development Manager by Viessmann the leading German Boiler manufacturer and had responsibility for overseeing large commercial renewable energy solutions and installations.

After a very successful time with Viessmann, Jamie advanced his career and knowledge by joining MTS Group, working with Chaffeteux and Ariston products.

James decided to branch out on his own to use his extensive skills more widely. He set up Heatsource in 2005 to provide heating and plumbing services, installation and maintenance in both the commercial and domestic markets.

James sums up his mission as follows:

"I pride myself on my expertise and constantly evolving knowledge of the industry. Being acutely aware of the ever increasing cost of energy, I attempt to contain these costs for my customers by looking logically at the installation of highly reliable and energy efficient equipment. I will always endeavour to give my clients the best, most cost efficient solution, and having their best interests in mind never forget that savings only start with the installation and should provide value for money on an ongoing basis.

Ultimately, the client, and the trusting relationship with them is the most important asset that a company can have".
