Had curtains and pelmet's made for our living room and they look stunning, from measuring to having them hung service was brilliant. I would definitely use Heather's again.

We have recently had ten sets of full length pinch pleat curtains made for the front of our Georgian House. The fabric selection at the shop is excellent, the quality of the finished curtains were outstanding and Jeremy who fitted them took the best part of a day, cutting poles, hanging steaming and then dressing - when he left it looked like a show home! Definitely recommend

Appalling experience. Ordered from Heathers Soft Furnishing Limited Stowmarket on 5/6/15 Vertical blinds for bay window that was fitted on 2/7/15. Told two weeks delivery. Actually took nearly four weeks to fitting. Delayed further by wrong fittings supplied. Now fitted blinds touching window sill with no gap. Adjustment rods not working and popping out apparently bits missing. Also looks like excessive force required to rotate mechanism. After complaining they want to take vertical blinds away for more work. Manufacturer apparently says never made unusually deep curve before. Been informed manufacturer was aware of faults but never passed information on to customer. They apparently NOW admit that they knew how to make a better version ! Also adjustment mechanism was falling out of slot when blinds open. Asked for full refund as obviously not fit for purpose. Only had them for a few hours and cannot wait for them to be removed. They agreed to full refund of deposit and will remove th
