Punctual and professional

Keith came to our assistance after over three days without a working boiler. After agreeing time of day he arrived punctually and was happy to show identification and proof of qualifications. He set about the job quickly, thoroughly, offering explanations and advice along the way, and fixed the problem on first visit.
We will seek to use him again in the future and would happily recommend him/his business to anyone we know
