This company is a complete disgrace. They prey on the weak and never know or seem to be able to tell the truth. Anybody reading this should never use this company which is now known as HEARING FOCUS. Even a refund is beyond their capability when you do every thing the company ask and state, they will even lie about what is on the terms of a contract. Paul

Don't believe all they say

I have previously had good support in the Midlands for my Hearing & Mobility aids but when I moved to Devon the audiologist basically lied about what would happen to my hearing if I did not upgrade to very expensive new hearing aids. I have gone back to the NHS and received better free hearing aids and much more professional service.

DO not purchase from this company.

I live in Cornwall, received a leaflet via the post, in no time at all received a visit from The Audiologist who was brilliant, received hearing aid, was told
I could try for a month if not satisfied, will receive a full refund which would take 10 days. I was disappointed to find they make very little difference I did expect more for the money I paid . I returned as per instructions. I waited and waited for my refund after a number of emails and phone calls and 6 weeks later. contacted my credit card company for help, tesco they were brilliant took care of everything, a week later the money was back in my account. Its a shame they could not keep to the 10 days as promised. I will not be dealing with them again. ( I paid in full on receipt of hearing Aid)

Extortionate!

This company just makes money on the elderly and vulnerable. An elderly gentleman I know has been with this company a couple of years and has already spent £3,600 on new hearing aids. A man came to the house the other day to check his hearing and told him his hearing was getting worse even though the man has said he'd turned the hearing aids down! The gentleman I know was then badgered and pestered to spend another £4,000 on some new hearing aids! I know he will not be using this awful company again and I urge others not to as well.
