I've been taking lessons with Paul since 2018! He's an excellent teacher who's; patient, encouraging, knowledgable, talented, explains things really well and regularly challenges my abilities to help me improve. I've progressed through several grades during my lessons and I'm currently focused on my final 8th grade.

Heanor School of Music Piano Lessons

I have always wanted to learn to play the piano and had a few lessons before the pandemic. Paul has helped me continue with the lessons. He is very patient and explains 'how and why'. I really enjoy my weekly half hour and go home determined to improve ready for the next lesson. You are never too old to learn!! Just give it go!!

I'm starting again, having spent many years fiddling about with guitars and being able to play bits of many things but badly. Paul's very focussed approach is just what I need to correct years of fumbling mistakes!
