Healthy Living Centre

Healthy Living Centre (HLC) was set up in 1998 to provide accessible and professional alternative and complementary therapies for North London residents. We now treat clients from all around London and beyond and from all walks of life.

Central to the centre’s success is the policy of practitioner excellence. All therapists working at the centre are trained to a high standard, have excelled in their field, and belong to recognised professional registers and associations.

The holistic approach to healthcare that we offer is completely natural and works with the body’s innate healing ability. In our society we often only address our health when it is failing, and then only look at the micro problem, rather than the larger or holistic picture. The aim of HLC is to encourage health investment rather than the crisis management that people so often experience. Information, preventative measures, lifestyle and dietary advice are central to many of our therapies.
