I used Helen to help me quit smoking, I attended one session and am now 12 weeks smoke free! Definitely recommend to anyone :)

I’ve always had an ongoing battle with food, in an unhealthy way. I’ve tried over the counter medication , fad diets, and various other things and as quick as the weight went off it went back on again. So I decided that there must be another way. A work colleague of mine recommended Helen and hypnotherapy.

After my initial meeting with Helen it transpired that my unhealthy relationship with food comes from way back in my childhood (clear your plate, don’t be wasteful) and Helen felt she could help me to “rewire” my thinking.

Fast forward 5 sessions and 2 months later, I have lost just under 2 stone, my eating habits have changed dramatically and the weight is still coming off.

All I will say is you have nothing to lose except the weight, and everything to gain by being more healthy. It was worth every penny.

I had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience which did help me to reduce how much I was eating. Helen explained in advance what each session would involve which was reassuring as I had never undergone hypnosis before. All in all a very interesting and worthwhile experience.

I had such a great experience with Helen. Such a lovely lady that has helped me overcome my fear of spiders which has been life changing for me. I would highly recommend Helen very professional and it truly shows that she loves what she does. I did have my doubts if hypnotherapy really works but believe me it does, with the right therapist you can achieve anything!
