Really helping with my sciaticao

I have been working with Paul for 3 months now regarding my lower back aches and stiffness, plus shoulder tension near my neck area.

Great back and neck massages

I have had lots of tension in my back and around my neck and Paul was able to really loosen these areas up for me.

I now see him once a week as i find the treatments very effective so I can happily recommend to others.
