My name is Sue Reynolds and I am a certified Reiki Healing Master and Teacher. I have always been interested in the Art of healing and have been practising Reiki since 2004. I believe Reiki energy is abundant, creative and has a healing quality. It has the potential and power to change anything and everything.

As a Reiki Healer in the Harrow area I treat clients from all walks of life including television personalities, lawyers, medical practitioners, accountants, people about to take a driving test - the list goes on!.....

I specialise in treating clients for stress management, anxiety, depression and general health conditions in Harrow, Watford and the surrounding areas.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

I would highly recommend Sue for reiki; I feel so lucky to have found her as she lives very local to where I live. I was told to have some chakra re-balancing which is what Sue does along with the healing/ reiki. The sessions helped me with my joint pain and injuries, made me feel so energised and more alive. Every session was different, relaxing and healing which made my injuries definitely heal faster. I found Sue honest, caring and kind. I feel very happy to have found Sue who is exceptional at reiki and has a real gift.

I started Reiki with Sue because I felt overwhelmed with anxiety. I have always had low-level anxiety, but recently, this became much, much worse.
Over the last few months, Sue has helped me to process my emotions better and I have felt more able to control my feelings of anxiety. Although the root cause of my anxiety is often unavoidable, I feel better equipped to deal with anxiety-provoking scenarios.
Since starting Reiki, I have noticed feeling more present in my day-to-day activities and I am generally more positive as well. I also feel that I respond to negative situations/people in a different way; I don’t dwell on them as much as I would have before and I am able to move on from such situations quicker.
Generally, I have more motivation to pursue my interests and goals, and each week, I feel stronger and calmer, thanks to Sue.
