Ricky and Neil did an amazing job with our house move. They packed up super efficiently and unpacking they were so careful to ask where to put things. Thank you so much. I would recommend them one hundred percent!

Neil and Ricky were punctual and straightforward , which I really appreciated. Their flexibility with my tight budget made things easy and they swiftly adapted to meet my needs.

I've received the worst service I've ever paid for from them. Paid over £1,000 for a storage unit for them to store my belongings for a year. When I requested my things to be delivered, a lot of my things were missing. They even started delivering things that weren't mine. I had paid for an individual container, which is not where my things where kept throughout the duration of the contract. They later confirmed that they had put all my things into a different container. I honestly cannot stress enough how unprofessional this whole service has been. I have been continuously blanked and shouted down the phone. They haven't apologised or even tried to compensate me for the beyond poor service they've offered. They've been finding my things in the last 2 years and
1. promising delivery dates and never turning up
2. turning up without notice
3. the few things they've found have been delivered dirty and opened
I am still missing things and I'm still being blanked.

Neil and Ricky were top notch and great banter as well ..super value for money, efficient friendly and no nonsense - second time I've used He-van - it's. A pleasure to give these guys a glowing review !
