They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Farcical handling of finances with a complete lack of transparency and honesty. Every single time they promise to have something done by a certain date, they completely miss it and just ignore any attempts to resolve. Rude and sarcastic responses if you dare to try to call them out on their failings. The list goes on; 18 months of them managing our block of flats and our situation has just gotten worse and worse over time with nothing to show for all of the money spent on them.
They do not care about the amount of stress and anger that they have caused the people who live here, we have wasted days of our time trying to deal with them.

Rude, unprofessional and generally awful company.

The senior management team acts like spoilt children when anyone has an opposing opinion to their incompetent ideas.

Do yourself and your mental health a favour and steer clear of Helen and any business she’s even remotely involved in!

Where do I start…… the unprofessionalism shown to me by Kat, who is supposed to be one of the higher ranking staff members has been mind blowing.

These people don’t care about you and don’t care to help you, their incompetence at their jobs is very apparent.

The manner in which I have been spoken to and have fobbed off by this woman Kat Kristensen in the office is shocking.

Do not use this company, you will regret it.

Ladies it sounds like you don’t like your jobs all too much…. Maybe it’s time to move on to pastures greener because I'm far from blown away with your management of this situation.

I have used the Services of Hc Property Net for many years, Helen and the Team are very professional, courteous, supportive, Reliable and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Most rude unprofessional company I have ever known. Rubbish left for over 8 months. One of the residents disposed of it and Helen took the credit for her company having taken care of it. She’s very nice until you sign the contract. Beware.
