Haven Mobility

I have bought several items from Haven at Cwmbran, including 3 and 4 wheeled walkers and also a walker with trays which I use regularly in my flat as I am quite disabled and it makes carrying food and drinks really easy.
I have always had really good and friendly service. I would like especially to praise Keith who has always gone out of his way to be helpful to me.

This can't be the same place surely! Young man was extremely helpful and pleasant when we tried mobility scooters. Nothing too much trouble, there to assist when needed but let my husband try out everything without interfering. Cheerful and appropriate in manner. Are there 2 mobility shops in Abergavenny?

Went to purchase a wheelchair with my great aunt a few weeks back and I am still annoyed at how the salesman spoke to my great aunt. He was flippant, dismissive and impatient, very impatient with her. My aunt didn't quite understand how rude the salesman was because of her hearing , she missed most of it but he directed sarcasm at her and gave her a look of "you cant afford that" when she asked about the most expensive chair, he got the chair down off of the display demoed how it closes and just put it straight back. She actually ended up buying this model online after I told her that the man she was speaking to was not very nice. I am absolutely flabbergasted as to the salesman's attitude. I understand the following having met this salesman. 1, He absolutely hates his job 2, he thinks he is better than everyone else 3, he seems to think he is coming off as "cool" or "hip" by being absolutely rude to people. Will never buy anything off this man and I suggest you don't either.
