5Incredibly grateful to Vlad especially who calmly navigated the situation when we arrived at our original venue, realising that it had been double booked.
He waited patiently for us to secure an alternative space, without adding any additional stress; even though it meant he had to rearrange multiple other drop offs. Once secured, he then sprang into action setting up the biggest and best bouncy castle for my daughters party.
