Potential customers should be informed about the negative feedback surrounding Haute Florist, as there are numerous complaints on this and other review platforms. My recent order, meant as a birthday gift, was not delivered. Haute Florist's customer service has neither provided a refund nor taken responsibility for the failure to deliver the goods. Since I have not received the flowers I paid for, I cannot comment on their quality. I strongly recommend choosing a different florist.

If there’s an option for zero point I would put it here undoubtedly.

First of all the flower is nowhere near the description, and for £45 it’s way below standard, looks like what you could get from Asda.

Secondly, I paid extra money for their next day delivery, which I expected to be arrive by 3pm that day. And eventually it arrived one day late. How can you explain this to my wife when it’s our first birthday since wedding? Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful business when you claim that as next day while you failed completely to achieve that.

If you ever see this comment, I promise I’ll try my very best hunting your company for this disgraceful behaviour. In EVERY review, EVERY search ads you place to tell the world how unreliable you are.

IT’S A SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COST.

I was sent two bouquets by a generous friend. Browning flowers in the first bouquet that also lacked key flowers shown in the photo online. Second bouquet again some flowers going over on arrival and couldn't have been less generous with the amount of flowers. Really poor. I contacted them- they agreed that standards were below what they'd want and offered £15 off a future bouquet. Pathetic. They say as seen in vogue etc- other than in a paid ad in the back pages I'd love to see what proof there is of that. Haute by name. Sh*te on arrival.

I ordered flowers for an important occasion based on a promise they'd be delivered on a certain day. I came home to find an email saying they were "awaiting information" from me. The email said I hadn't filled in the recipient's name or address - which was nonsense when the confirmation email from Haute (which is a front name for Prestige Flowers) contained both, showing that I had done so. I replied to ask what was going on. There was no explanation. The flowers didn't come on the day specified. When I queried this, they told me that buried in the small print was an exclusion for much of the UK. I was told I'd ticked a box agreeing to it. After twelve (I'm not joking) emails in which the responses were sometimes so obtuse that I genuinely thought I was conversing with AI, I was offered a phone call. On the phone, the excuse was it was automatically generated (irrelevant) then that it was from another part of the firm (irrelevant). She refused any refund or other goodwill gesture.

Daylight robbery. I ordered a “large” bouquet of flowers, which cost £60, plus delivery, but what we received was the equivalent of a £15 bunch of supermarket flowers; I’m furious, but the company has just fobbed me off. The flowers aren’t worth anywhere near what the terrible company charged, and don’t expect to get anywhere when complaining; they’re not one bit interested!
