My Experience:
Order 100010840.
Unfortunately this is the worst review I have ever written and the worst company I have ever dealt with!!
I wish I could of put nil stars - PLEASE CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING
Desk ordered on 12th Jan 2022
I chased on numerous occasions during this time - example reasons given:
Delay due to Brexit / COVID / goods have arrived in the country and I should be contacted by their delivery partner
Order cancelled with Sam in Sales on 12th August 2022 due to never actually receiving goods or a confirmed delivery date.
Email received confirming and that I should get an update in 2 working days re refund status
It is now the 07th September 2022-NOTHING-DEAD SILENCE-I have left 4 phone messages on 01388 602640 and sent 4 emails chasing my refund
I would love to hear back from Haus Direct to confirm you are indeed arranging for my money to be given back and to prove this company is not fraudulent.
I await your response.

Ordered on the 9th of July and received a confirmation of the order by email. This is the only communication I've had. No delivery, no reply to repeated phone calls which only go to voicemail (and only then when the inbox isn't full - presumably from numerous complaints). Today I raised a dispute with my c/c and was told to expect a full refund. I ordered the same item with another company two days ago and it has already been delivered. Wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering. Do not order from this company.

I can't tell if this is a scam or just woefully incompetent. Four months ago I ordered a £200 item which the website said was in-stock (and still does today). After three months with no product or communication, I asked for a refund. One month later, still no refund. Avoid this website at all costs.

very very disappointed with this Company - initial service good until they took my money. Item not delivered when it was meant to be and still havent refunded me. Each time i call they say the same thing, they will put me through to accounts and then its busy. They have had my money since 6/12/21 £199. Item wasnt delivered. I cancelled the order on 30th Dec and am STILL awaiting a refund - totally unacceptable and no excuses. I am deeply saddened that this Company are giving the North East where i come from a bad name. I wish i'd read the reviews first - i would strongly advise against buying from theis company based on my experience

Scam company. Money taken and goods never delivered. All communication ignored.
AVOID at all costs.

My bank is currently helping me in attempting to get a refund. Terrible company.
