Just came here to counter the other persons low rating. Went in store for the time the other day, staff were super helpful and very knowledgeable, offering advice all the way covering all aspects. They weren't into just keeping the sales going and actually refused to sell me any more fish (bought 4 Celestial Pearl Danios and 4 Gold Tetras that day for my 10 day old tank water) because the tank water wasn't mature enough to take Corys, Plecos, Loaches etc. I thought this was particularly good of them, they were obviously more concerned over the fish than simply getting the sales in. It really was a 1st class customer service experience. I am in no way affiliated with the workers or store, but thought they deserved a far better review than the other persons one-off bad experience. The tanks in store all looked leagues more healthy than at Pets at Home, where half of the tanks were in quarantine.

I just bought some fish and had a good experience. The staff was helpful and didn't try to sell me a lot of stuff I didn't want.

A man with glasses always seems so grumpy, and actually intimidated me. Was no help at all.
I overheard the staff making fun of a customer and then avoided serving him. Which i found rude but the staff just laughed and joked about there mocking.
I Do not recommend if you want a friendly non judgmental shop.
Fish looked fine, lots of pumps and a wide range of products that you won’t find it pets @home although the customer service just isn’t there.

I can not leave a good review knowing that the customers are not valued but made fun of once served. Maybe find staff who want to serve and attend there job… I will keep buying from swell reptiles in the future
