Hi Karla. Just wanted to say thanks again for the flower delivery. She really loves them. It's a bit of a sad anniversary for her and it really cheered her up. I will definitely use you again.

Poor service

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Arranged am delivery, still no sign of them by 1.30. Turns out they tried to deliver them to a different address even after specific instructions given!!
On telephoning to find out what was going on, I could hear the delivery woman ranting and raving about it in the background. Very unprofessional. A nice Mother's Day surprise was totally ruined. I would not use this florist again. Very poor customer service and delivery woman needs a course in customer relations!!

Hi we did try to deliver the flowers 3 times to the address we where given. we are sorry if you had a bad experience we pride ur self's on fresh flowers and good customers service we are new florist in hasting and try ur hardest please everyone. It really makes me sad reading this review I hope you mum still loved the flowers.

Amazing flowers and service

Went into Hastings flowers and ordered some beautiful rainbow roses for my beautiful babe, she was so happy and so was I from the service .

My mum lives in hasting i sent some flowers to be delivered from there website arrived on time mum was very happy with them and there even sent me a photo of the flowers very happy
