Thankfully PayPal could get us our money back. Awful experience.

Ordered goods online and they took the money whilst never contacting us to say there was an issue with what we had what we wanted. Emailed, phoned, direct Instagram message and lied to about them calling back.
Eventually we had to raise the issue with PayPal to get a refund. Avoid.
