Excellent workmanship. All materials taken away after installation and areas left clean and tidy. I was kept up to date all the way though and cannot fault this company at all. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for any future work. Thanks to the folks in the office and the workmen.

Poor customer service

Salesman cancelled first appointment because of car issues. Then made a second appointment to measure up for a quote. Pleasant chap but waste of time. Spent much of the visit giving us a big sales pitch on their thermal glass. Assured us he'd get back with full quote ASAP. After a week he called to see if I'd received his full quote via email - which I hadn't. Then gave me a rather random high price over the phone - which seemed to have been plucked out the air. The figure was considerably higher than other quotes, so he said he'd get back to me with a more competitive price. Never did!

It does sound as though you have organised an acceptable quote elsewhere now, but if there is anything further you feel we maybe able to help you with please do not hesitate to contact the office and ask for Sally, and I will endeavour to help you out.

Loverly new conservatory, and patio door

Just had a patio door,and a new conservatory fitted by Harvey's, From the sales person,surveyor, builder,fitters and the office communications,we found all the work was done very professionaly,to a very high standard.we are very pleased with all there hard work and would highly recommend

We have previously used Harveys Windows on two separate occasions. Very good service. The quality of the work carried out is very good. The fitters were very pleasant and punctual. They kept any mess to a minimum and cleaned the work area afterwards.
