A trusted local business and service, I first used their bedroom products some 49 years ago and have yet again returned to their family service this past year. Showroom staff are friendly and helpful. The initial help and advice is great. This continued with continuous project management together with help and advice for other trades involved eg electrical, plastering and painting. In-house fitters were careful and respectful of the house, and ensured their products were in perfect condition and quality. Final product - perfect! Totally satisfied. Well done the Harval team. To be fully recommended.

Have used Harval before for bedroom furniture, but it was a complete kitchen refit this time. Top class planning service provided by Stuart, including some suggestions we had never even considered! Quality of products and workmanship by installers were excellent. You don't get this level of quality and service from the 'big boys' national advertisers from my past experience! Forget the national companies, stick with an independent like Harval for a first class job.

Very pleased with quality and service we have recently received from Harval's. The sales person Stuart was very helpful and made a number of useful suggestions so we maximized the space available for cupboards and fitted wardrobes. The installation team did a great job, especially with challenge of an old cottage with sloping walls and ceilings. The quality of the craftmanship and materials are excellent. We would not hesitate to use them again in future!

From the moment we stepped into the showroom to the completion of the work we were very impressed by the standard of professionalism, care, consideration and skill displayed by every member of the team. The furniture is expertly made to the very exact specifications provided by Stuart. Ben and Pete installed our bedroom furniture efficiently and with great skill. Pam, Harry and Val were very accommodating and shared our high expectations and nothing was too much trouble. They were not satisfied until we were completely satisfied. Very refreshing! The whole experience could not have been improved on. It was very clear that we and our requirements were important to the team and we were very much part of the ‘family’.
