I visited a few times to gain advice on choosing which T.V to buy within my budget. I found the staff to be extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable with their recommendations.
I decided to buy from a local shop as I wanted my T.V set up for me. This was done at a convinient time, by the obliging installers just before Christmas.

Poor service regarding installation of a cooker. Inadequate response to problems, patronising attitude, no constructive suggestions to resolve difficulties. I hoped for a better level of sevice from a local, independant company - on another occasion I will choose the best online option as the response could scarcely be worse than Harry Garlick was able to provide.

Staff in shop and on-call are polite,efficient and courteous and cannot be faulted. The only fault that may be levied at the firm is, that they are understaffed on operative teams making house-calls.
