Harrow Shoe Repairs

Atrocious man working in this shop. I went a week ago to make a copy of a key. The key copy was not opening the door easily and on the second use of the key, snapped in the lock. I went back to request a further copy, free of charge and he refused point blank. He suggested I deliberately broke the key (if his copy was good, why would I break it)? He was completely arrogant and started shouting at me and when I showed how the copy of the key he made was not the same as the one asked, refused to look at it saying I'd been rude (and shouting at me doesn't make him rude)? Don't ever spend your money here, the elderly man working here is rude and has little courtesy. Shoddy workmanship at it's worst.
