Unorganized mess

I had started my Seccond year with this college to be told they hadn't finished building the building so was set back by 2 weeks. This was okay had they organises and planned anything in that time. Unfortunately when college started there was a lack of resources that hadn't been ordered, we had learnt and were ready to do the test for 3 weeks but we're told "none of the classrooms are exam ready" so perpetuated revising in lessons we should of been moving onto other subjects. The workshop benches were unfit for use and severely wobbled as one person was attempting to mark out accurately and the other hammering and sawing!

I tried to raise these complaints through the formal complaints procedure stated on the website was promised a meeting but then was ignored when I chased them up about it!!

Horrible experience with this college, they are extremely unprofessional and unorganized with schedules and classes.

Worst Part time evening beauty course

Absolute joke of a course - learnt nothing of use with regards to makeup and the teacher did not demonstrate anything outlined in the course details. Twice in a 2hour lesson I was the model and did nothing but sat their having my face painted.
I would suggest you stay away from this course and save your money.

Excellent experience

Very good experience with a wide range of courses and opportunities. I studied a BTEC in IT diploma course and teaching material was very interesting and structured. Also gives you employability skill practice (i.e. presentations, mock interviews). Teachers are very friendly and helpful and the campus is right close to the bus/train stations so it's easier to get to from local areas, etc. It also gives you opportunities to retake subjects which you didn't pass during school and achieve even better grades in them (such as English and Maths). The campus has a gym, canteen and a library with a range of facilities such as computers, books, printing, career services, support services and much more. Would definitely recommend.

The college is a place of opportunity, personally I've been offered a volunteering position which helped me progress into paid employment.
It's a diverse place with pretty much every curriculum area covered. It is constantly growing and improving its facilities.
There's a cheap, fully equipped gym at the Harrow on the Hill Campus (£20 per year).
All of the teachers that I came into contact with were very supportive, informative and knew what they were doing.
There's always events going on, the student union is very active and the overall atmosphere is vibrant, especially on the Harrow on the Hill campus (which is now the main one).
Harrow Weald hosts:
Learning Links (Learners with difficulties and/or disabilities), Art & Design, Parts of Science (new Labs) & more.
Harrow on the Hill hosts:
EFL, ESOL, Media (new Media Studio), Sports (including Tottenham Hotspur Academy), IT, Business (including Career Colleges), Higher Education - HNDs, & more.
