Just had the displeasure of speaking to Ben at the Maidstone branch what an awful telephone manner. Whether he had a cold wasn't well or just couldn't be bothered to talk to me nicely it was if he actually just didn't want to see if they could do the work for us. When I didn't understand what he was saying because he was muffled in his speaking he called a conversation weird to which I laughed in disbelief and it obviously upset him as he thought we should end the call. Needless to say I won't be phoning them with any other business!
