HarrisonHIX is a Darlington based firm of chartered building surveyors and architectural designers providing services throughout the north of England and often further afield if required by our clients.
We offer a complete range of building surveying services for both residential and commercial property. Including, but not exclusively, residential pre-purchase due diligence inspections, full building surveys, RICS surveys, specific structural defect inspections, post mortgage valuation surveys.
Our commercial surveys include due diligence inspections, dilapidation, scheduled of condition. In addition, we provide full architectural services including design and contract administration.
