David and the team over at Heatsense were super helpful and transparent. The engineer was prompt very professional and knew exactly how both cold water and heating systems should work. He was very methodical and professional with hunting for any abnormalities when looking for the leak and had all sorts of high tech tools.

Even after finding the leak he wanted to verify the whole system and isolate the issue just to that leak. My leak was with multiple failed toilet mechanisms letting through pressure with a slow leak, luckily it was an easy fix of just replacing those broken toilet mechanisms. They didn't make me go with them to repair they, offered to repair it for a flat fee or I could handle it myself with a cheap plumber.

After the visit they sent a full report with pictures that I am going send to the water company to get some of my money back from my big water bill!
