1 star is too much for this business. As many other comments have already mentioned. The initial 2 sessions with the phschiatrist were cut short (roughly 40 minutes) but they were pleasant enough and kept promising that they could help.

After initially prescribing medication once, they then refused to send the details to the local gp (initially promised that this would be done). They are now asking for alot more money for multiplr follow up appointments, which are not needed as the medication dosage is currently correct and works well with no side effects.

Beyond devastated and disgusted by the treatment from them. They claim to care but clearly have no motive other than financial gain.

If everyone there is as nice as the doctor I saw then it is a really great place

Booked my daughter in with Harley psychiatrists for a combined ADHD and Autism assessment. It took place over several appointments and they were extremely thorough, communicating with her school and going through lots of different questionnaires with her. It took a few weeks to get booked in because they were busy over Christmas but it was absolutely worth the wait and if you are thinking about it, I would say definitely go ahead.

What a company. Do not use it! Adhd assessment was good, but everything else.... Jesus. You pay money and they do not perform even what they are supposed to do. More than one month they can't send me my prescription and send a letter to my GP. No response to my emails, no response to my voice mails, you must be extremely lucky to get through on their phone line, no updates, nothing! And I am still waiting. Though! If you pay them money for an assessment on the site, they will call you as soon as it is possible. So, just be like a donkey, just pay them and then wonder why you are not getting the survice done.

1. Administration issues caused a delay in me receiving the correct dosage of medication for another month.
Appointment to request change - JUNE 9TH
Letter confirming dose change signed - JUNE 13TH
'Sent' - JULY 1ST
Coincidentally, it was 'sent' just after I had sent an email asking why it hadn't yet arrived. The letter was sent 3 WEEKS after my appointment.
2. Secure PDFs sent with incorrect passwords, requiring another call to check the correct details on my account and get the password corrected.
3. Due to no email response, I called several times to no answer and no response to voicemail. I blocked my number and called again and they answered immediately. It felt like they flag your number on their systems if they know you're calling to file a complaint.
4. Many examples of offering financial incentive to clients for positive reviews making all 5-star reviews suspicious
