Hardy Heating

I had problems with my central heating for the past 5 years, after multiple power flushes with no success, I was recommended Stewart from Hardy heating. Stewart identified the problem and replaced pipe work where a major blockage had occurred and fitted a magnetic filter. Stewart is very reliable, trustworthy and quick to respond. Also very fair with pricing!! Very happy customer. Highly recommended!

Stuart was more than accommodating in showing me my options, came in speedily, clean, efficient, extremely reasonably priced. Have already utilised his services again, he's my go to guy now.

Was quoted a price for a new boiler and thermostat installation. Unfortunately we had to have our front door replaced at the same time and I was staying home with our new baby so we couldn't afford everything at once. I requested that they keep the quote 'live' for a year so we could get the boiler replaced with them as soon as we could afford it. Hardy Heating agreed to this arrangement. Not three weeks later we contacted them again and requested the installation and I paid the required deposit. Charlotte (I assume the secretary, though she didn't seem to have any training in customer service!) tried to tell me the deposit I sent wasn't enough, and as soon as I emailed her with the original quote, they cancelled the installation and told me I should look elsewhere for someone to do the installation! Not even a phone call. Clearly didn't want to honour their original quote and then tried to blame me by telling me I had 'let them down.'
