Terrible , never known an estate agent be so unprofessional

The fact you lied about the 10 month contract ,, charged 5 weeks holding deposit which is illigal before referencing even commenced ,, and sneaked in a section 21 for me to sign before I even got the keys!! Then 6 days before the move changed the terms to 12k upfront!!
Then tried to blame it on the landlord your acting for,, dirty tactics by a bunch of crooks!!

Avoid HPG in Bristol

Avoid this agent at all costs if renting a property. From day one it was clear that no inspection had been made and we were left to clear up all issues from previous tenants including damage to the flooring structure, windows, doors and furniture. Dealing with the team is frustrating and nothing is done unless you ring/email them all the time to chase

Property sale

HPG acted as our agents selling a city centre 1 bed rental property. Their straightforward pre-marketing advice to set the process up paid dividends and they remained attentive and proactive throughout. Viewings were arranged to suit our tenant who was still in occupation. Inevitably there were one or two issues along the way but HPG kept on top of things communicating with both sides to bring about sensible solutions. All in all a good professional service.
