Absolutely shocking service. We where told one price before the operation and they changed it once we picked up the dog. They only gave half of the medication required which was apparently a admin issue which has been noted on the system. The dog became poorly again and want to charge for us their staff being totally incompitant. Once money has been taken they really couldn't care less. I have been told how sorry they are for the stress they have cause my dog and managent will call as a matter of urgency (still waiting for the call)
