Lacking customer service

The food is nice, when you get what you ordered. In the last few months this takeaway has deteriorated. The management is extremely rude, the delivery time you are given can often at least double, you can expect to wait nearly 2 hours for food when told ' half hour, 45 minutes ' and that's not the worst of it, when the food does arrive, after more calls to find out how much longer, it is barely warm.
Saturday night takeaway often turns out to actually be a microwave heated dinner!

So rude (manager)

Food nice but quite expensive we get food from these every sat and have the same meals but rarely get one item right and sometimes we have to heat it up in the microwave, its always later than they say and when i rang up this sat the manager was so rude and basically she called me a liar, back to the mei mei for us i think.
