If I could give minus stars I would … horrible “food” disgusting

Chicken was inedible and just floppy. Whole meal tasted rank. Waste of money. Avoid is my advice.

Called me to say 45 minutes after placing my order that they would be cancelling my food and refunding me via just eat. All because they don’t have their delivery fee correct on just eat when customers proceed to check out. May I add I had already paid the £2.50 fee for a 3 mile trip to then be told I had to pay an extra £1. When I explained I paid on card and don’t have cash they stated no problem we will be cancelling the order. When I questioned the girl that they were cancelling over a mistake they made as they delivery driver apparently refused to drive an extra 0.6 of a mile to deliver my food she laughed and started talking to another member of staff as it if I couldn’t hear her. The curry was the only nice thing we ordered everything else was over cooked or cold. Ordered from this takeaway before and no issues delivering to my address. the way the staff handled the situation was appalling all too receiving below average food! Would not recommend!!!!!

Awful food chicken was just scraps and then I found the bones and black lumps not just in one bit of chicken but every other bit the veg was raw and the staff were disgusting when i complained and asked for my money back the male in the shop was banging on the counter shouting at me I refused to leave til I got my refund avoid!!!!!

Do not EVER order from this place. It is without a doubt the most disgusting takeaway I have ever tasted. Everything was under cooked, rice was dry and the meat was basically just cuts of fat.I rang up to complain and the woman on the phone had such an attitude problem. She informed me there was nothing they could do as I 'already had my food'. I pointed out that I can hardly complain about the food before I've tasted it. If I could give this place 0 stars or less I would.
We also did not receive our free prawn crackers. Apparently the free prawn crackers are not applicable for online orders? Absolute disgrace. The only good thing was the fast delivery time and I'm assuming that's only because they didn't actually bother to cook the food.
