Step Two - Planning Drawing Package & Building Regulations Plans

At this stage our in-house team of creative Architectural Technicians get to work designing your dream happinest. Once the design is complete, we send you the plans to look over

Step Three - Unlimited Amendments

It's quite common at this point for you to want to make small amendments here & there. No problem, the team will alter & amend where needed & send you back the amended plans as many times as you want until we have created your perfect happinest

Step Four - Planning Process

Once your project has reached this stage our in-house planning & submission department take over. From this point onwards they deal with the entire planning process on your behalf, submitting all of the required documentation, chasing projects & liaising with local planning officers to get your project approved
